Victoria Sponge Cake

Our cakes will be available for pick up from the coffee shop between 10-11am on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

A classic cake for afternoon tea. Soft vanilla sponge, lashings of whipped cream and strawberry conserve. Dusted with icing sugar.

All our cakes are baked by us at our coffee shop and bakery in Folkestone.

Ingredients

Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Free Range Eggs, Milk, Soft White Cheese, Natural Yoghurt, Vegetable (Rapeseed) Oil, Baking Powder, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Icing Sugar.

Made in an environment that uses peanuts, nuts, pumpkin, poppy and sesame seeds.
