The Perfect Carrot Cake

Our cakes will be available for pick up from the coffee shop between 10-11am on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

This is our imagining of the perfect carrot cake. Warming autumnal spices, juicy raisins, crunchy walnuts and sweet, carrot, apple and pineapple make this soft, crumbly and divinely comforting cake.

All our cakes are baked by us at our coffee shop and bakery in Folkestone.

Ingredients

Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Icing Sugar, Carrots, Butter, Walnuts, Raisins, Sugar, Free Range Eggs, Soft White Cheese, Apple Sauce (Bramley Apples (48%), Water, Bramley Apple Pulp (15%), Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid; Preservative: Potassium Sorbate), Vegetable (Rapeseed) Oil, Pineapple, Ground Cinnamon, Bicarbonate of Soda, Salt, Baking Powder, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Ground Nutmeg.

Made in an environment that uses peanuts, nuts, pumpkin, poppy and sesame seeds.
