Gingernut Cake

Our cakes will be available for pick up from the coffee shop between 10-11am on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Alternatively they can be delivered in Folkestone, Dover and Deal. You will be able to choose a delivery option or pick up slot when you order.

A double layer of moist, stem ginger infused sponge sandwiched with a whipped gingernut buttercream and crumbled gingernuts.

All our cakes are baked by us at our coffee shop and bakery in Folkestone.

Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Icing Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Stem Ginger (Ginger, Sugar, Water) Free Range Eggs, Milk, Soft White Cheese, Ginger Biscuit (Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Palm Oil, Semolina (Wheat), Ginger Powder, Raising Agents: Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Disodium Diphosphate; Salt, Lemon Oil), Natural Yoghurt, Vegetable (Rapeseed) Oil, Baking Powder, Ground Ginger.

Made in an environment that uses peanuts, nuts, pumpkin, poppy and sesame seeds.
