This Book Festival, join us at Steep Street Coffee House to hear an author’s perspective on our town. Folkestone has hosted many renowned authors including HG Wells and Charles Dickens. Tony Quarrington will recreate their Folkestone through readings and extracts from literature.
Tony first visited Folkestone in 1963 as a 10 year old on holiday with his parents. In 2016 he moved to the town. Tony has a BA (Hons) degree in English and European Literature and an Advanced BTEC certificate in Travel and Tourism. He is the founder of the Folkestone Walking Tours.
