Delivery
We delivery via courier and offer 2-day delivery service. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following working day.
Retail delivery charges:
- Collect in person – Free
- 1 bag of coffee – £3.00
- Each additional bag of coffee + £0.50

Returns
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. We do not accept returns of opened or damaged goods. However if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us via email at enquiries@steepstreet.co.uk or by phone on 01303 247819. We will always do our best to put things right.
