This blend is celebrated for its fruity acidity and chocolatey richness. It is a great all day drink that works very well in lattes, flat whites and americanos.
We use pure Arabica beans, grown at high altitude, expertly roasted in small batches and skilfully blended to create a coffee of distinction.

Our decaffeinated House Blend is a floral and aromatic coffee with hints of rose and molasses. As with our House Blend, we select quality decaffeinated beans and roast them in small batches to create this caffeine-free coffee of distinction.

Description
West of the ancient city of Antigua, in a valley between three volcanos, a 500 strong cooperative of small planters grow Guatemala’s finest coffee. Pastoral is the most distinguished of the Bourbon coffee strain that was introduced by the French in the early 1800’s. The coffee is grown under a dense canopy of shade in 65% year round humidity – perfect conditions for speciality cultivation.
