Blends are coffees from different origins, selected because they compliment each other and create a balanced mix of flavours whereas single origin coffee originate from one country and, in some cases, one region or farm.

Environmental conditions and coffee crop varieties have a big effect on the way a coffee develops and on the types of flavours that are tasted in the final cup. For this reason the flavour profile of a coffee is hugely impacted by where it is grown, and it is fascinating to discover the different, intense characteristics of a single origin coffee.
