In this Organic coffee we have exclusively used Honduran beans produced by the Coagriscal cooperative. For over twenty years, Coagriscal has produced quality beans at high altitude using sustainable farming methods and re-investing profits into community projects. Our medium-dark roast helps to develop delicious sweet notes of milk chocolate and caramel.

West of the ancient city of Antigua, in a valley between three volcanos, a 500 strong cooperative of small planters grow Guatemala’s finest coffee. Pastoral is the most distinguished of the Bourbon coffee strain that was introduced by the French in the early 1800’s. The coffee is grown under a dense canopy of shade in 65% year round humidity – perfect conditions for speciality cultivation.

Balanced cup, excellent acidity, velvety smooth body, sweet caramel and flowery notes.
On his small farm high in the Andes Mountains Jesus Gaviria grows this coffee using traditional wet processing techniques passed on over the generations. This is one of the world’s greatest coffee growing regions due to its rich volcanic soil, high altitude and pure mountain water. These elements give the beans their refined and distinctive flavour which is expertly developed through roasting.
